Roleplay - 10th of October

Luna watched Leon. The only family ;eft. He could defend that, that was instinct. But why, shouldn't he just go reproduce. have more little Megans running around?

Tank sits back down on his haunches. He's not even going to bother to search for his brother this time. He knows he'll be back eventually.

ooc: I'm slightly lost on what's happening. Could someone please explain? Thanks.

ooc- Ninja infiltrated the mob and got Linda pregnant. Megan got lost and ended up in the same bolthole Ninja and Linda were in, but they didn't know it. A hawk attacked at the same time and Leon and Tank went after Megan. They discovered Linda with Ninja in the process and, believing Ninja may have hurt Megan, tried to kill him, and Linda tried to stop them. Ninja escapes however and Linda gets evicted. While all of this is happening Wilson and Lithium rove the mob.

ic- Wilson looks ahead. No other adults. Faintly hearing what was going on over there, he assumed they went over for an emergency, which meant they'll be back soon.

Linda stops and stands, looking around. Leon was too protective of Megan. Had Ninja left just a little sooner before they came, she might still be a member of the mob. Aiding a rover. Why was she the only one punished for it? Maybe it just wasn't her luck. She looks on, wondering what to do. Ninja promised to return. She should stay in the territory when he returns to a mob without her.

Altough harsh, Buckeye needed to evict Linda. Her getting pregnant might prove fatal to her unborn pups. With other females in the group pregnant or catching the eyes of rovers, she might, unfortunately, have to evict more of her family.

Verniece walks over and starts to groom Lithium. She also begins grooming Wilson. She doesn't know who to mate with, but Lithium allows Wilson this chance. Litium has already had experience.

Glade watches on, confused. She tries to alert her mom and the rest of the family, but they are quite a distant away.

Wilson backs away, allowing Lithium his chance. He instead keeps watch, ready to alert Them if anything happens. He glances at the pups. If any of them get any funny ideas and try to be heroes they'll soon find themselves in his claws.

Linda still didn't fully believe what had happened. She was one of the most loyal subordinates. She made a mistake, and now she was paying the price. Maybe after Buckeye gives birth, she can try to return. Unaware that Lancaster followed her, she gets back on all fours and starts heading towards the burrow.

Without Lancaster around, Joesphine returned to foraging and unknowingly slowly headed in the direction of the other rovers.

Wilson doesn't see Josephine approaching. He keeps a sharp eye on the pups Verniece was protecting.

Luna sucks up her need to stay away and walks towards Lithium. She barked and began to groom him.

Wilson sees another female approach. Maybe he was wrong about only one of them succeeding. He emerges from his cover and chirps to Luna.

Lancaster climbs to the top of a bush to scan around for Linda. As he scouts in all directions, his eyes suddenly lock onto a meerkat in the distance. He watches the meerkat closely, taking in all its features unsure of who it could be. He can't tell if it's Linda unless he moves a little closer to be able to smell the meerkats scent but as the meerkat turns around he notices the eviction bite on the meerkat's tail base. It's Linda. Lancaster leaps down from the bush and bounds towards her chirping happily relieved to see that a predator hadn't gotten to her. He's unaware that he had left Josephine open to a rover.

Tank points his nose toward the air as he suddenly remembered that there are other rovers in the area that need to be taken care of. He can still smell their potent scent. He growls and rushes to the top of a small tree where he tries to scout them out but all the tall grass around his sentry post is making things difficult for him to be able to see the 2 rovers.

Linda hears a familiar voice and turns around, seeing Lancaster. She chirps back, happy, but surprised. She always thought of Lancaster as being too obediant to run off after an evictee. She chirps, curious on why he followed her.

Wilson sees this as his chance. While Lithium has Verniece, he could go for Luna. He chirps calmly and slowly approaches Luna.

Lancaster approaches Linda chirping in relief. He peeps explaining why he followed after her. He wanted to make sure she was Ok and to offer her anything she may need during her eviction such as protection while she forages. As the caring one out of him and Tank, Lancaster is loyal to anyone in need even if they are a shunned member of a group.

Realizing this may not be the best sentry post to try to spot the rovers, Tank leaps down from the small tree. Instead of looking for another sentry post to scout on, he's going to seek out these rovers. Tank slips into the tall grass growling. He's going to seek out Wilson and Lithium, but instead of coming at them with a charge, he's going to sneak up on them then charge. They'll be so spooked that they'll stop what they're doing and run for their lives. Hopefully he gets to them before they get to a Willows female. He doesn't want another female to suffer the same consequences Linda is already going through, but he's unaware that Lithium has already gotten his paws on a female.

Linda chirps back, relieved that someone still cared for her, but urges him to go back. She spent half a year alone without facing any serious injury, and could do it now. She didn't want lancaster evicted either.

Wilson calmly approaches Luna, determined to entice her away. His last successful roving trip was almost a year ago, too long for his likeing

ooc- I forgot Wilson does have at least 1 litter. I changed the profile.

Lancaster mewed, reluctant to want to leave her alone but he trusted her in knowing how to fend for herself. He pads a few feet away from Linda then glanced over his shoulder giving her a worried frown but peeps telling her that if she does need anything, he'll always be on the look for her and to come by the group. He glanced back toward the direction he came from thinking that he should get back to the Willows before they notice him missing. He doesn't want to find himself in the dominants' jaws. He heads off back towards the Willows.

Tank pushes through the grass desperate to get to the rovers. He can smell their scent getting stronger but still can't seem to find them.

Jackie is surprised that Buckeye evicted Linda and did not evict Maylene. She decides to not worry about it, sure that Buckeye would let Linda back in the group later.

Snowflake is by Jackie, confused by all the happenings.

Wilson waits for what Luna might do. The scent of the Midnights was starting to fill the air, and he didn't want to allow the others time to get a lead on their location.

Linda looks back before starting to forage. She'll keep that in mind. Assuming Ninja won't return for a while, she might end up needing that help later on, especially with a litter on the way.

Lancaster arrives back at the Willows. He glances at all the members and sighs. It looks they haven't noticed that he left. He goes on look out duty and climbs to the top of a stump. He tries to act natrual so as to not make the group suspicious but he can't help but to occassionally glance out into the distance. Even though Linda said she could handle being alone, he was still worried for her safty especially now that she could be pregnant.

Tank charges toward a movement he saw in the tall grass thinking that it could be one of the rovers but as he lunges out of the tall grass it appears that it was just a ground squirell. He growls in frustration. He WILL find those rovers even if he has to search every inch of the tall grass to find them.

Linda decides the area she was at wasn't entirely safe and starts heading towards the old burrow once used by the Willows before they moved to the new one. She stands and looks around for predators every so often.

Lancaster spots Wilson closing in on Luna but is too distracted to sound the alarm. He keeps glancing off into the distance worried. He glances back at Wilson again and suddenly remembers he had left Josephine alone. He barks a gasp then leaps down from his sentry post and rushes to find Josephine.

Tank slips back into the tall grass to search for the rovers. He is unaware that his brother has returned to the group.

Unaware that he's been spotted, Wilson continues with his attempt on Luna. He expected to hear an alarm from the the mob before they attack.

Linda wasn't as worried as Lancaster. She moves along, eager to get to her planned destination.

Lancaster rushes through the tall grass trying to find Josephine, he is unknowingly heading straight for Tank.

Tank lowers his nose to the ground. He can smell that one of the rovers has passed through here. He must be getting close. Tank bares his teeth and licks his chops thirsty for the taste of blood.

Wilson is unaware of Tank or Lancaster trying to find them.

Linda starts picking up speed as she makes her way to the old burrow. She can choose anywhere not occupied by the others as her home. As long as no one notices her, whether it be another meerkat or not, she should be safe.

Suddenly Lancaster crashes into Tank, sending himself flipping head over paws over Tank and tumbles to the ground. He lays on the ground stunned by the pain surging through his body.

Tank yelps in surprise as Lancaster crashed into him. He's knocked to the ground and rolls over a few times but is quick to get back onto his feet. He stands on all 4s winded.

Jackie decides to stand sentry, wanting to make a use of herself.

Snowflake digs for food again.
