Roleplay- 15th of November

Tank doesn't notice Cozco as he forages.

Linda doesn't notice, too lost in her own emotion to really notice anything.

Bravo doesn't spot Cozco, despite being on sentry duty and on the edge. He feels like returning to the burrow to check on Maylene and anyone else still there, but his sister needs to be kept a close eye on. Who knows what she'll try to do next.

Tank keeps his nose on the ground, his thoughts, for now, on finding more food for himself. Over the past week, he's slowly begun to gain weight but it may take a few more days before he's back to his slightly heavier than the average meerkat weight.

ic- Bravo sniffs the air. He can faintly smell something, but what?

Linda has her face tucked under her hind legs, and doesn't smell anything.

Tank picks up the scent of a nonWillows meerkat in the area and looks up. He stands up on his hind legs, surveying the landscape closely. He doesn't see Cozco yet.

ooc: I'm in the eastern time zone and Tosca is on when I'm on but for about an hour then logs off.

Snicker clings to Maylene for dear life, scared, hurt and confused.

Jackie and Snowflake are busy foraging and haven't seen Cozco.

Maylene churred to her pups letting them know that their mother would protect them.

Cozco Makes Her Move And Goes As Close As She Can but She Wont Go Any Further . She Is Looking To Get into the group fro protection a scar across her eye is when seh was a pup an eagle clawed her eye btu dropped her and cozco stumbled into a bolt hole that is all that saved her life . She Edged Closer To Tank She Scent Marked A Bush Trying To Get His Attenton.

Triscuit presses herself into her mother and paws at her belly wanting another feed. She whimpers as her movement sends a jolt of pain from her injured leg through out her whole tiny body.

Lancaster is positioned straight postured with his arms rested on his haunches, a serious expression glued on his face. He surveys the burrow grounds intensely appearing to be taking his gaurd duty very seriously, even more than usual. The risk of a predator catching the scent of the 2 injured pups below ground has him feeling on edge and paranoid.

Tank spots Cozco and sounds the alarm. As he sees her scent marking a bush, he growls seeing it as a threat and gets down on all 4s with his fur bristled ready to defend the mob if the need comes.

Cozco Lies On The Ground In Submission trying to make sure the group didnt think seh was a threat .

Occ; Please can i change my meerkats name to Mozart please ?

ooc: You could if you want.

Tank's hackles go down slightly seeing the female act submissively but he can do nothing in the say of letting of her into the group. That'll have to be up to the dominant female Buckeye. He glances at Buckeye who appears to haven't seen Cozco yet. For now Tank keeps a close eye on her until the dominants take notice.

Mozart Stays On The Ground ANd Then Plucks Up the Courage To Go over to tank she grooms him and tries to make herself subordinate

Tank scoots away from Mozart. He won't trust her until Buckeye has approved her and allowed her into the group.

She relises this and so backs away back to her bolt hole btu she will be back

Tank relaxes and gets back to foraging but looks up every once in a while knowing that Mozart will be back.

Mozart Returns An Hour Later With A Turtle Egg in her Mouth She Drops It in front of tank and rolls on her back in submission .

Tank growls when he sees Mozart return. He barks demanding that she goes to see Buckeye for acceptance before just waltzing right into a group. He's surprised to see that she had given him a tortoise egg and not wanting to be rude, kindly accepts the gift and breaks it open with his large jaws. He begins to lap up the yolk.

Smelling the scent of the tortoise egg, Josephine looks up curiously and pads over to Tank and Mozart. Smiling, she recognised her shared similarity with the unfamiliar female as brining food as an offering to the large male was just what she did when she first encountered the Willows. Churr’ing affectionately she rubbed herself against Tank letting him know she was not going to steal his food.

Tank nods and allows her to be near him as he eats the egg yolk. He is known to be food aggressive but won't be if he's known ahead of time that someone won't steal it.

Cautiously, Josephine sniffed the air close to Mozart. If the new arrival was a threat she’d have to deal with the problem on her own without the aid of her heroic Lancaster. Unsure of what to make of the decision, she steps back at sits on the sand guarding Tank. Buckeye would be the one to decide the fate of this lonely female.

Tank finishes up the egg yolk then returns his attention to Mozart. He peeps a stern sounding thank you still wary towards this female. He sees her over confident approach as a potential threat to Buckeye but will let her decide on what to with Mozart.

Bravo spots Mozart and approaches cautiously. He sniffs her and stands back, letting Buckeye do her job.

Linda looks up and spots her as well. She manages to get up and quietly edges closer, still depressed. It looks like her replacement has already come.

Tank pads away from Mozart to continue his foraging. He'll dig up one more thing before ending his forage for the day.

Luna doesn't know about the possible threat at the foraging party, and she continues to watch over the burrow.
