Roleplay- 4th of January

ooc: K, I'm back And okeedokee Night :3

Ninji finishes up her scorpion, emitting a chur of delight afterward. That was absolutely delicious! She wants another scorpion. Must have more.... more, more, more!

Unaware Comet had straggled, Ninja is watching his daughter's reaction to her first time consuming a scorpion. He's glad, proud, and quite amused, to see she enjoyed her first experience of eating solid food, and a scorpion at that! She showed bravery in wanting to experiment tasting something new, that being something known to be notoriously volatile. If it were alive, Ninji would've been in for a fierce fight. He considers scorpions to be too much for a pup her age to handle but he's confident she'd be able to take one down independently. She seems to have the potential to become a determined and daring individual.

Saffron finds another scopin she disarms it and gives it Ninji

Conker offers to share his scorpien with saffron

Phoebe finishes the beetle and licks her chops. Who knew what she had known as a toy was also tasty? All she knew was she wanted to try more! She attempted to mimic some of the adults and attempted to dig, hoping to unearth some more prey.

Saffron smiled at conker and then they shared his offer

Ninji scarfs down Saffron's offer happily, emitting a churr of delight after finishing off the scorpion. Mmmm that was delicious! She smiles thankfully at Saffron for generously delivering her the scorpion.

While Ninji had been happily dinning on her scorpion, Ninja had been standing gaurd beside her, keeping a watchful eye out for predators. He continues diligently scanning the area while keeping an eye on his children. He's determined to ensure they get through this day without having any near death experiences.

ooc: Gah, for some reason, the site stopped sending me emails .-.

Kinkajou foraged peacefully. As she looked up she spotted Ninji. She smiled, amused. Who knew a pup could like scorpions so much?

Saffron ate the scopin then started digging agian

Once Ouija was with Comet and Cloud, he too was unsure of how to return his mobmate to the group, where safety in numbers offered them well-being and protection. Rearing up onto his hind paws, Ouija emitted some sharp, short barks, trying to reel in attention.

Her hunger satisfied for the time being, Ninji's attention gravitates back towards the dense patch of devils thorn flowers. She gently touches her nose to a flower petal and inhales the pleasant fragrance. She emits a churr of pleasure as its sweet scent enters her nostrils once more. These flowers smell so good she could make the patch her play fort. She's unaware that playing in the density of the flower patch can be dangerous.

Heavily focused on keeping watch for danger and making sure his kids don't stray far from the protection of the adults, Ninja fails to hear Ouija's contact calls.

Seeiong Petal come over, Cloud quickly explains the situation. He joins in with Ouija's contact calls, hoping that someone would hear them.

Kinkajou starts foraging again, and after a while she hears Ouija's calls. Chirping, she padded in the direction of the calls.

Aliya continued to forge, being half buried in the ground, thus not hearing the calls.

John hears faint calls and looks around. Seeing Kinkajou going off, he follows her.

Root is oblivious to the calls as he's engrossed with forging.

Petal nods in understanding and decides to scan the area for any predators while the others called for someone to come over.

Kinkajou smelt Ouija's scent. She bounded towards it and stopped. She counted three Meerkats, Ouija, another adult male, and a pup. Kinkajou smiled softly and chirped.

Ninji loses interest in the devils thorn flowers and resumes exploring her surroundings. To her father's relief, she begins moving away from the dense patch of vegetation, begining to make her way towards a fallen tree.

Ninja follows closely behind his daughter, determined to make sure she doesn't stray far from his tight supervision. Engrossed with watching his inquisitive daughter, he doesn't notice Kinkajou and John taking off in the direction the calls are coming from, nor does he hear the calls.

Comet glances at Kinkajou... This is the sweet female that helped him his first day in the Jumaas... He smiles at her. Many of the group members should know by now that he has trouble getting around... He chirps back to her.

Kinkajou chirped softly and nuzzled Comet's side softly. She then smiled and looked at him.

Comet returns the nuzzle and looks back... In his opinion she was a very pretty female but decided to keep it to himself for now, quite the shy type...

Kinkajou smirked softly and chirped... She then nuzzled Ouija... They should get back to the group...

Comet nods... But he peeps... Which way is the group?

Kinkajou frowned..she then spun around and looked back towards the way she came....that way?

Saffron layed down tired

ooc: I'm lost in here... help, please?

ooc: Nothing major is really happening. Comet had fallen behind along with Quija who was aiding him. They're calling for the group and a few members are heading in the direction of their calls. Kinkajou had met up with them and is attempting to lead them back to the group.

John meets up with the group and peeps. He looks at Comet and his paralyzed leg seemed to have him understand. He looked around, trying to remember where the group was. Uh oh..

Petal frowned as she saw it seemed both Kinkajou and John don't seem to remember where they came from. She scans the area, hoping to spot the forging group from a distance.

Ninji is snapped out of her thoughts of what it could be like inside the fallen tree when she hears faint sharp toned, short barks sounding in unison. She tilts her head. What's that? She turns her head in the direction they're coming from and bobs her head, curious (I'm assuming Ouija and Cloud are still emitting contact calls).

Ninja hears the faint unisoned calls too and turns his head in the direction they're coming from. Those sound like meerkat distress calls. And it sounds like they belong to 2 meerkats. Could these mystery strangers be in danger? He's tempted to head in the direction the calls are coming from and investigate but he has to look out for the safty of his daughter. He's afraid if he leaves her unattended, even for a few minutes, a predator could take her life at that given moment. He's unaware those calls are coming from Cloud and Ouija, whom had been aiding Comet during the trek to the foraging patch and had straggled quite a distance.
