Roleplay - 15th of July 2009

Tisca awoke, but she was still really sleepy. She lowered her head, but Cloud Catcher seemed to have other ideas. He lept on her, barking playfully. Clearly not going to get any sleep, she headed for the burrow mouth.

Faeya emerges after Tisca and grooms her in greeting.

Tisca chirped in reply. She yawned. Cloud Catcher bounded around the place; it appeared he was full of he jumping jellybeans!

Faeya giggles as she watched Cloud Catcher. It was nice to be part of a family again.

Cloud Catcher heard Faeya giggle, and not sure if she was giggling at him or not, he stormed into the burrow, growling angrily. Tisca giggled aswell. It was hard not to like the boystrous pup.

Faeya blinks, she hadn't meant to anger him.

Tisca shrugged at Faeya. She was sure that Cloud Catcher was really upset. She chirped into the burrow, asking about when they would forage, and Cloud Catcher came racing out of the burrow.

Morning Glory emerged, and yawned. She stretched and stood up to face the sun. Cloud Catcher was bored, and he played around her feet. When she was finished, she led the foraging party out. No one had noticed yet the strange male that was following them.

ooc: Boy it's been a while... o.o sorry, I forgot my password... And I couldn't come for a while.

bic: Clover emerges, a little nervously.

Sorry I haven't been on. I haven't felt like rping at all lately, not even on Linklu. Maybe my characters should be adopted out because I don't know when I will be back on here to rp.

ooc: No probalemo. Are you sure you want to put your characters up for adoption? We already have a huge list, hence why I'm playing MG. you could always just keep one or two. I can take over Nimbus if you like. Dunno why I like him.

bic: Morning Glory saw Clover's nervousness, and looked around. Then did she spot the mystery male in the bushes. His name was Scar. He edged his way closer, but Morning Glory had other ideas. She she charged at Scar, with Tisca close behind. Cloud Catcher watched on in bewilderment. He hadn't seen anything like this before!

ooc: I will try to keep up...

Stratus and Nimbus take up the charge as well, spotting the male.

ooc: Please don't think I'm forcing you. Just come on whenever you can.

bic: Seeing the others charge, Scar turned tails and ran. The Little Clouds stopped their charge. Morning Glory scent marked the area, telling Scar to keep out, and stay out.

ooc: So sorry I've been so busy over the last month with rescuing my other rp and getting over a spout of flu. I'll read up and post something asap.

ooc: No probalemo. If you go to the calendar section it summarises what happened in each day. I hope you don't mind that i took over MG while you were gone. What's your other rp?

bic: Tisca helped Morning Glory in scentg marking the area. The sight of the new male was unsettling. Scar, however, haddn't gone, and watched from the bushes. Cloud Catcher saw him, and charged at the strange male, barking madly.

ooc: Ok I'll check it out. I've read most of it and should be able to put up a more detailed post later on this afternoon. I rp in a group on Facebook, set in the fictional setting of Hogwarts from the Harry Potter series of novels. No worries im sorry I was away so long, Thank you very much for picking up MG.

ooc: No problem. I am glad you are back and feeling better!

ooc: Thank you Dipsy ^^

ic: Standing on her back legs, Leaf gave a series of worried calls to the rest of the group as she watched Cloud Catcher run off through the grass. Making a tough decision, she decides to abandon her post and follow the young pup.

Unaware of the rising situation, Morning Glory forages in a hole near the other members and successfully pulls out a scorpion which catches the attention of young Clover.

Clover shivers a little, not liking this at all.

With Leaf off duty, Tisca decided to fill in for her. She scanned the area, but there was nothing that may be a threat.
Scar was nearby, closing in on the Little Clouds. Suddenly he heard a furious bark. He whiped around, but the only meerkat was small Cloud Catcher. Cloud Catcher puffed out his chest, and barked at Scar, pleased with himself. Scar hesitated, unsure what to do. Although he wasn't a nice meerkat, he wouldn't leave a pup by himself, and started to lead him back towards his group.

Biting the scorpion in half, Morning Glory anticipated handing over her prized find to the young female pup. She knew she would have to be somewhat selfish and possessive over her food if she stood in the dominant female position but the begging call of one of the pups that she saved the life of was too hard for her to resist. Taking the meal over to Clover, she placed both halves of the scorpion in front of the young female and encouraged her to eat. Feeling pleased with her generosity, she walked away and sat in the sand near Nimbus and Stratus.

Continuing to make worried calls for Cloud Catcher, Leaf climbed up onto a fallen Camelthorn tree branch and continued her sentry position hoping to gain a better view point across the grass.

As Scar led Cloud Catcher back to his mob, Cloud Catcher saw something. It was Leaf! He ran over, chirping cheerfully.

Pleased to see the little pup at the stranger’s side, Leaf descended nervously from the log and ran over to welcome the newcomer. Upon her arrival she began to groom the two males tenderly in a display of admiration and appreciation.

Clover glances around nervously. She is quite different than the others, rather soft hearted and timid, rather than fiesty and fierce. She whimpers slightly.

Cloud Catcher didn't really appreciate the grooming, but he was young, he would understand later. Scar groomed Leaf in return, trying to show that he was no threat.
Back with the group, Tisca realised that both Leaf and Cloud Catcher were missing. She alerted Morning Glory, and seeing that Clover was a little nervous, she tried to comfort her.
