Roleplay- 15th of November

The muscles in Tank's legs are burning but he refuses to slow down. He sees familiar land marks that are close to the burrow so he knows that he's almost there. Just a few more several feet and the burrow should come into view.

Ariel looks up at Lancaster, still waiting for an answer.

Lancaster raspily squeaks out his answer Linda had attempted murder on Maylene's pups because she wanted to increase the chances of her own pups' survival. She was following her strong maternal instincts. He swallow hard expecting a horrofied reaction from Ariel.

Clover was one of the first meerkats, originally in the Tiny Kats. No, Carmella is the one of Maylene's that I play. =3

ooc- Yeah, must have mixed them up. Sorry for the mistake. Also, you can evict Linda now Meerkats.

ic- Linda slowly walks over to Buckeye and submissively grooms her. She makes sorrowful, submissive chirps. Maybe Buckeye will forgive her, but she may be wrong too.

Ariel looks up at Lancaster, confused. She doesn't get it.

Lancaster nods. He knew Ariel wouldn't understand, at least not until she's older. He hopes in the future if she decides to have her own pups she doesn't go through this terrible tragedy.

Tank spots the burrow but can barely run anymore. His muscles feel like they're on fire. He slows down to a trot breathing heavily. He can see his brother Lancaster and Ariel sitting outside the burrow entrance appearing to be engaged in a serious conversation. He frowns knowing that they must be grieving for his 2 pups whom he thinks are dead.

ooc: Okay, only if you want her to.

bic: Buckeye didn't care how sorry Linda was. She possibly killed two of Maylene's pups and could've killed hers. She begins attacking her, grabbing the base of her tail and shaking violently.

Jackie looks over at Buckeye in surprise.

Snowflake also looks over, for once not caring about the eviction.

Snicker is asleep with Maylene unaware that his attempted murderer was being evicted.

ooc: Two of them were killed? o.o

Linda yelps at the attack and the receiving of the eviction mark. She brakes free from Buckeye and darts away in the direction of some vegetation. She's more heavily pregnant than Buckeye, and Buckeye may be able to catch up, so she keeps running.

Bravo watches wide eyed. She's getting what she deserves, but he can't help but feel sorry for his nieces and/or nephews that she's carrying.

ooc- No, Snicker and Triscuit were. Linda only attacked the ones that their owners gave permission for.

Buckeye chases Linda for a short distance and stops once she's a respectable distance from the group.

Jackie watches, not sure what to think.

Snowflake also watches.

ooc: I wish I would have been there... Could we say that Carmella was too or is it too late for that?

Also, has Linda's litter been adopted out yet? C=

ooc- Sure, you can say that. No the litter hasn't been adopted. The litter has the new (or was new) rule appiled to it, but it's going to be a closed adoption and I'm not taking any reservations except from Yoshkat since she owns the father.

Maylene continued to churr to her pups and licked them as well because she was trying to coax them into feeding.

ooc: Pretty badly, it would have an affect on her life... I think it might develop her a bit. I have a personality in mind. The inflictions could be both physically and mentally.

bic: Carmella nervously lies near her mother, but she is unresponsive.

ooc: I can reserve a pup for you in Luna's litter if you would like.

ooc- I'm hoping they will. I'm taking a pup for sure, and I believe Yoshkat is too. Once they're born and adoption time comes around, I'll consider who gets any leftover pups.

ic- Linda keeps running until Buckeye and the mob are out of sight. She stops under a tree and sits to rest. She whimpers between breaths. What will she do now?

ooc: I really like the situation I imagine one of Linda's pups might be born into, that's why I'm interested... So that's ok Stormy...

Maylene then began to tend to Carmella as she was unresponsive and kept churring to her.

ooc- Actually I plan to have them be born into the Jumaas with their father.

Tank arrives at the burrow chirping an exhausted greeting to his brother Lancaster. In a hurry to want to see his pups, he doesn't bother asking his brother questions and darts into the burrow, racing through the tunnels to get to his pups. Even though he's reluctant to know, he wants to know how bad the "murder" scene looks.

Lancaster nods a greeting back but says nothing. He watches his brother head into the burrow with a slight relief knowing that he's about to find out that his pups aren't dead but will still most likely be livid to find out Linda had left 2 of them for dead.
